Get your sender ID approved first time

Every network reviews sender IDs before they can deliver. Requests that break these rules are rejected. Approval typically takes 1–5 business days per network.

3 to 11 characters, letters only
Clearly identifies your business, brand or service
No numbers or special characters (! ? * / # @)
No generic words like Verify, OTP, Code or Confirmed
No global brands or political names without authorisation
Government and security names need a letter of authorisation
